We are a Christian youth group that aims to be rooted in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and His word, who know Christ, that together grow in their love and knowledge of Him and who humbly but passionately and purposefully overflow this truth by grace in their daily lives, through the wisdom and power found in the Bible.

We meet together every Friday during the school term at Christ Church George from 19:00 – 21:00 where, together with Josh & Esther Visser as well as Carle-Lize, we hear from God’s word. We read and teach the Word of God and have small group discussions. We aim to create an environment where teens can feel safe and comfortable while enjoying Christian fellowship in a way that builds them up and strengthens Christ-centred friendships.

Why come to Youth? Why have a Youth group at all? During high school, your teenagers are faced with many questions. With many places to find answers to these questions, like their peers, YouTube, social media, podcasts and the news. These all have loud voices but not always the right answers.

Teens need to know the answers to life’s questions from the One who created life, and hear His voice speak to them through His written and spoken word. Studying God’s word will help them know Him, and know themselves, building their identity on the foundation of who God, who created them, says they are.
